What does a family doctor mean? A family doctor differs from an ordinary therapeutist. He receives information about a disease from a physical examination, results of diagnostic procedures, data about hereditary diseases, life conditions, a psychological state, a child’s character. The family doctor is a psychologist as well.

There are main medical services included in this program:
1. Personal acquaintance with the family doctor, medical documentation;
2. Drawing up «Passport of health», the determination of risk factors and health reserve;
3. Working up a system of health measures and diet recommendations;
4. Observation and treatment of a patient by the family doctor at the clinic( the amount of visits to the doctor is not limited);
5. Family doctor’s consultations on phone at any time;
6. Calling in a doctor from the clinic in case of acute diseases;
7. Patronage at home;
8. Filling in a patient’s card;
9. Giving out medical documentation (sick leaves, certificates, discharges and so on).
10. Carrying out a laboratory and a diagnostic examinations at home and at different city clinics at your convenient time;
11. Organization of consultations in different specialists of any level;
12. Organization of planned and emergency hospitalizations to city clinics.
