Surgeon
The surgeons of UniMed Medical Center are very experienced and can perform different surgical interventions beginning from simple removal of moles, warts, scars, treatment of the ingrown nail till complex plastic operations such as otoplasty, rhinoplasty, blephaaroplasty.The surgeons of the clinic perform the following surgical interventions:
1. Surgical treatment of ingrown nail;
2. Surgical excision and removal of moles, warts, papilloma, atheroma using a laser;
3. Surgical removal of keloid scars;
4. Surgery in umbilical hernia;
5. Circumcision;
6. Blockade.
Surgical interventions are performed using an electrosurgical apparatus Martin Maximum (made in Germany). The use of the electrocoagulator gives a possibility to reduce the blood loss and allows a surgeon to work on the dry operating field, reduce the risk of infections, operative and postoperative pains and decrease the terms of the treatment.
